With original autograph envelope marked "Private" and also signed by Peel with his black wax seal on verso with impression of his heraldic arms. To Sir William [Webb] Follett.   "Perhaps you will be good enough to let me speak to you in the House on the subject of the enclosed letter from a very respectable clergyman in the neighbourhood of Coventry."   8vo. Together with original autograph envelope. "I send you a draft for the amount of your account and request a receipt. Yours sincerely, Palmerston". 8vo. Approx 18 x 12 cms.  Browning and offsetting to foot of letter from the gum and wax seal of the original envelope that was previously affixed but is now separate.  Mounting residue to verso. Signed whilst Prime Minister.  Disraeli's signature as "Beaconsfield" is relatively uncommon, as he was enobled as the Earl of Beaconsfield by an admiring Queen Victoria in 1876, five years prior to his death in 1881...
